Corns Brothers Farms Ltd. is a leading Southern Alberta seed producer dedicated to sustainable farming through precise management of farming techniques, a long term commitment to minimum and zero till and non-traditional crop rotations. Our belief is that diversification leads to a more sustainable and viable operation for the future. Through rotation techniques such as the addition of livestock, the inclusion of non-typical crops and with a heavy emphasis on the cleanliness of fields that pedigree seed requires, we are getting closer to a truly sustainable farming operation.

The products we sell, we produce and use for our own operations. We are then able to provide this information to customers accordingly and with a knowledge of what works (or doesn’t) and why. We maintain a close working relationship with plant breeders, agronomists and seed companies to help provide the best, most current products for ourselves and customers. Our experience has allowed us to a develop a specialty using annual forages of many cereal plants in unique crop rotations that compliment a livestock operation.
